Overview

The IntelliPrep cfDNA Extraction Kit (≤5 mL) is designed for the fully automated purification of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from up to 5 mL of plasma using the IntelliPrep TRIO 240 Sample Preparation System. The workflow automates key steps—including lysis, heating, magnetic bead binding, washing, and elution—eliminating tedious manual procedures and reducing hands-on time.
The protocol is specially optimized for efficient recovery of fragmented cfDNA. Yields may vary depending on sample volume and the concentration of circulating nucleic acids. Excellent linearity is observed across different input volumes, and the purified cfDNA is ready-to-use for downstream applications such as qPCR, ddPCR, and NGS.
