Overview

The IntelliPrep FFPE DNA Extraction Kit fully automates the steps of removing paraffin, lyse, heat, bind, wash, and elute on the IntelliPrep TRIO 240 Sample Preparation System. The protocols are specially optimized for efficiently purified from FFPE tissue sections without additional manual pretreatment steps and xylene-free. Note that the degree of fragmentation depends on the type and age of the sample and the conditions used for fixation. DNA isolated with the IntelliPrep FFPE DNA Extraction Kit can be used immediately for downstream applications.
